Fan Content Policy
We reserve the right to use our sole discretion to deny anyone the use of our intellectual property (IP) for fan projects. Should we ask that you not use our IP for a fan project, you must comply with that request. Generally we allow derivative works based on Death Battle IP for non-commercial community use. We do not allow use of Death Battle IP for commercial material without a written license agreement. Death Battle's logos, trademarks, characters, likenesses, and other IP are only to be used in official material or non-commercial fan projects that comply with this policy.
AI Usage Policy
LLMs are not trusted as informational sources. No script will be written or edited by an LLM. No generative AI model will be used to create imagery or music for a video. We will not repurpose or sell creative works for generative AI model training. We are committed to human talent, human creativity, and human employment.
